Our cat is free to roam, but under strict instructions not to go in the Guest Wing. Unfortunately, he can sometimes disobey this rule!

Booking Terms and Conditions (effective 1st June 2009)

1. Booking is required.

2. Payment is accepted in cash, direct deposit, Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard.

3. All rates are in Australian dollars,

4. The accommodation is self-catering. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned weekly.

5. Office facilities (phone, email, Internet) are available by arrangement.

6. Unfortunately, we have no access for wheelchairs.

7. The property does not lend itself to young children although Dayboro Tourism will be happy to help.

8. While there is a non-smoking policy indoors, guests are welcome to smoke considerately outdoors at least 4 metres from any entrance.

9. We are unable to accommodate pets. The Samford Cattery and Kennels may be able to assist.

10. Please ensure the Guest Wing is secured at all times when you are not home.

11. Any losses, breakages or damage not due to normal wear and tear are the responsibility of the guest, and will be charged to your account.

12. For insurance and safety reasons, the facilities of the Valley House are strictly for use by The Valley House Guests only. Your cooperation is appreciated.

13. A domestic booking will be confirmed upon lodgement of valid credit card details, or payment of the equivalent of 2 nights accommodation.

14. The deposit for domestic booking is non refundable if cancelled 14 days or less before your arrival date.

15. Overseas bookings are due in full at time of reservation and are non-refundable if cancelled 14 days or less before your arrival date.

16. Bookings cannot be confirmed until receipt/clearance of deposit.

17. By providing your credit card details or otherwise paying your deposit, you are confirming your agreement to our Terms and Conditions and you are authorising The Valley House to charge your credit card for any cancellation costs.

18. Please Note: No Shows will be charged in full.
